At BoryBag, we work with multiple trusted suppliers to ship products directly to you. This allows us to offer a wide selection of home furniture and lifestyle products at competitive prices.

Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on the supplier and product availability

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).


2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by supplier, product type, and destination:

  • Standard delivery: 5–15 business days after shipment

  • Large or freight items: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Product size and weight

    • Shipping method

    • Delivery location

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Some products may ship via freight carriers and require additional handling.


4. Freight & Large Item Deliveries

Certain furniture and oversized items ship via freight delivery:

  • Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery only

  • The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery

  • Signature may be required upon delivery

  • Inside delivery, room-of-choice delivery, or assembly are not included unless explicitly stated


5. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from different suppliers, products may arrive in separate shipments at different times.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees

  • Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer


7. Shipping Delays

BoryBag is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Incorrect address information

  • Events outside our control


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and product (for damage claims)

We will work with the supplier and carrier to resolve the issue.


9. International Shipping

At this time, BoryBag ships within the United States only, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
