Refund & Return Policy

At BoryBag, we work with multiple trusted suppliers to deliver quality home products. Because return eligibility varies by product and supplier, all returns are subject to approval and the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility (IMPORTANT)

Returns may be accepted only if all conditions are met:

  • Return request submitted within 14–30 days of delivery (varies by product and supplier)

  • Item is unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Return authorization (RMA) is approved before sending the item back

⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Clearance or closeout items

  • Assembled or used products

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Products from certain suppliers that do not accept buyer-remorse returns

3. Restocking & Shipping Fees

  • Restocking fees may apply (15%–30%) depending on the supplier

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

These fees are determined by the supplier fulfilling your order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • Outer packaging

    • Inner packaging

    • Product damage or issue

Once approved, we will coordinate with the supplier to offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times vary by payment provider

  • Partial refunds may be issued if restocking or shipping fees apply

6. Supplier Approval Clause (CRITICAL)

All returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to supplier approval.
BoryBag does not guarantee refunds for buyer’s remorse or preference-based returns.
